“AHMIĆI: THE EIGHT DAYS OF THE 13 YEAR OLD ADNAN” is based on the extraordinary story of a thirteen year old boy, ADNAN ZEC, who survived the massacre in the village of Ahmići, in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), in April 1993, while witnessing the brutal murder of his family.
The programme of the event will include remarks by the representatives of the Mechanism’s Office of the Prosecutor and the Registry, as well as remarks by Mr ARMIN AHMIĆ, President of the Victim’s Association “16. APRIL AHMIĆI”.
The programme will further feature short video excerpts from Ahmići in April 1993, followed by a reading of excerpts of the book and a presentation by the protagonist, ADNAN ZEC and the author, THOMAS OBRUČA.
